Did any of you ever reflect and wonder about what are you really made of?
Maybe you did, maybe you did not. Nevertheless, I did, as this is a mesmerizing matter. I am on a quest of discovering the truth. Interestingly enough, I stumbled upon this video explaining what our body is made of, and I wanted to share it with you because it is thought-provoking.
Some of you may have watched it before, and I am curious if it sparked curiosity or controversy within you. Are you eager to know more, or are you contesting it because you are looking at it from a different angle? To spice up the discussion, I think is worth adding to the biology and chemistry perspective the religious and the yogic one.
No one should look at only one viewpoint, because it is always more than just one side to every story. We have to see the whole picture. What would the result be if we put the entire puzzle together? Are we capable of accepting the outcome?
Regardless if our body is made of stardust or not, we have to accept that we are part of the universe, and we are all inter-connected. If you disagree with me, just remember that you are inhaling what the tree is exhaling. You have also experienced, in one way or another, the mood changes triggered by the weather: happy when sunny, gloomy when rainy.
Therefore, I can only bow down to the Creator for engineering such a masterpiece and living it for us to explore it.
Are you already on this exploratory journey? Either way, I would love to hear from you about your thoughts on this subject.
